Note 1: |
Where an international student wishes to withdraw from a course after the course has commenced, the Academy will be entitled to 10 weeks’ notice or, in lieu of notice, the equivalent of 10 weeks’ fees. |
Note 2: |
Term 3 and Term 4 Fees are refundable if the student does not commence Term 3. |
Note 3: |
Total Fees for the year must be paid before commencement. |
Note 4: |
Total Fee includes administration, services and tuition. |
Note 5: |
Students cannot attend classes before payment of fees; results are not issued to students with outstanding fees. |
Note 6: |
The Bachelor of Design Arts is a 3-year course. Fees for subsequent years may increase by an amount up to the annual Consumer Price Index (CPI); that is, approximately 3-4%. Students who wish to avoid CPI increases should pay Total Fees for the course on enrolment. |
Note 7: |
The payment of full fees includes a registration for the AG Ideas Conference in 2009; student attendance at this conference is a compulsory requirement of the curriculum. |
Note 8: |
In the case of provider default, which includes:
• the provider does not commence delivering the course, or
• the course ceases to be provided before it is completed, or
• is not provided in full
course fees will be refunded within 14 days from the default date in accordance with the provisions of the ESOS Act 2000 and ESOS Regulations 2001. |
