Should I major in photo media or graphic design; can you advise me?
The Bachelor of Design Arts is designed so that students experience introductory courses in four major study streams – it gives students a chance to change their major study in the first year of the course.

What’s the difference between Multimedia and Photo Media?
In simple terms Photo Media is a combination of Photography, Video and Multimedia. The new major has been designed that way as a result of input from the Industry Advisory Panel which deals with the major changes that occur in this industry daily.

Do you offer work experience as part of the course?
The Professional Placement Program (work experience) is an integral part of the degree course. Students undertake a unit of PPP in second and third year.

Does the Academy offer RPL to mature-aged students?
Yes, if they can demonstrate they have the knowledge, skills and experience required to satisfy the specified unit outcomes.
